Code 96137: Our concussion-focused screening measures key cognitive markers such as reaction time, memory, focus, and processing speed to establish a clear baseline and detect potential post-concussion changes. This data-driven approach helps individuals, athletes, and active adults make informed decisions about recovery, readiness, and long-term brain health. We don’t diagnose or treat injuries — we provide clarity.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled Brain Health Screening appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full screening fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeited appointment, depending on availability, and may still be subject to the full fee. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion. This policy ensures availability for all clients and allows us to deliver a high-quality, focused screening experience.
